Hello, my name is Melanie Giles and I am an independent Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and have been working in the debt solutions industry for over 20 years.
I specialise in helping people in all kinds of debt manage their Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVAs).
Through my experience as a Practitioner and being a regular contributor to the IVA community, I have gained personal insight into the problems and concerns of the everyday consumer; the debtor. This is why I wanted to introduce myself. The phone number you see on this website is a direct line to me.
Almost every debt website you encounter will bombard you with information claiming that they can help you write off even as much as 95% of debts, I don’t try to make such claims. I will not falsely indicate how much of your debt will be written off. What I will do is properly assess your financial situation with you in person and ascertain what you can afford to pay your creditors.
